All orders must be paid for online using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Thasra does not store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer shipping to serviceable locations in India, subject to courier availability.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.
Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on the applicable shipping terms and delivery location.
Payment: Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
Thasra accepts refund requests only for products received in a damaged condition, subject to verification and approval.
The following conditions apply:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show the sealed package before opening, the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits, and the damaged product clearly.
The customer must provide the order number and any additional evidence reasonably required to verify the claim.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days after approval, although the time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other reasons unrelated to damage upon delivery.
